Our aim with our educational programs is to create an inspiring learning environment that encourages young people to discover and develop their full potential. We believe that education is the key to personal and professional development. Our mission is therefore to provide students with an enriching experience during the summer vacation that supports them in their academic, social and personal development.

Founder

Gül Beyaz Kılıç

Gül Beyaz has more than 15 years of experience as a class teacher at an elementary school and was co-founder and deputy head of a kindergarten. In addition to her intensive involvement in numerous educational projects, she is active in various fields related to her educational background. Ms. Kılıç also acts as a mentor, life coach, speaker and lecturer and is involved as a multiplier in working with adolescents. She currently holds a management position in an educational academy, where she uses her wealth of experience and expertise. Her personal motivation is to promote the personal development of young people in the best possible way.

Founder

Burhan Coban

Burhan has 10 years of professional experience in child and youth education. During his work, he has particularly looked after refugee minors in Germany and accompanied them during their integration and career development process. He began his professional career with a commercial apprenticeship, which he successfully completed. He then expanded his specialist knowledge with a Master's degree in Energy Management (M.Sc.). Mr. Coban currently works in the administration of an educational institution, where he contributes his extensive commercial and pedagogical expertise as well as his passion for education. His motivation is to provide young people with the best possible support on their path to success.
